Module 1: E-Commerce & Online Forms

The Styx Logistics Funeral Home Solution provides you with the ability to seamlessly integrate our E-Commerce & Online Forms into your existing funeral home website. Customers pay online with a debit or credit card and then fill in all the required forms directly online.

Website E-Commerce & Online Forms are white-labeled, branded with your funeral home’s name and logo.

For a small processing fee of only 1% – 2%, we can transform your existing informational website into a profit center.

Module 2: CMS & Logistics

The customer-generated data from the online forms (Module 1) is passed through our system to our Styx Apps. The Funeral Director App lets you control the entire Styx Funeral Home Solution from your smartphone, anywhere and anytime you wish, including assigning and dispatching drivers. You provide the Driver App to your mortuary transport personnel or outside dispatching service responsible for your removals so you can track them from removal to drop-off. And you provide the Crematory app to your crematories of choice so they can intake the decedents using our patented RFID technology, and inform you when the cremation is done and the cremains are ready for pickup.

The Styx Logistics CMS & Logistics Apps (Funeral Director, Driver, and Crematory versions) will enable you to:

  • Assign drivers and track them from pickup to drop-off
  • Send emails to customers, at the touch of a button, letting them know it’s time to pick up cremains
  • Send emails to customers informing them their certs are on their way (plus tracking #s)
  • And when inevitable customer errors occur, easily update Authorizations to Cremate, dispositions, NOKs, and even new AAs

    CMS & Logistics

    The Styx Logistics CMS & Logistics Apps (Dispatcher and Driver versions) allow dispatchers at mortuary transport services to easily input basic removals information, empowering you to assign and track drivers from the initial removal to drop-off at the funeral home or crematory, while archiving key data like odometer readings for taxes. No hardware that can break down or be stolen from your vehicles. All drivers need is a smartphone and email address.

    Plus, we offer dispatching companies a handy Job Entry ToolJET (smartphone App or website interface), branded with the logo of your dispatching company, which can be provided as a premium utility to funeral home clients so they can feed you the key dispatching data directly themselves. No more copying texts or emails and then forwarding them on to your drivers.
